What am I buying?
You are purchasing a digital art file. No physical item will be shipped.

How do I get the file?
A download link will appear after payment. You will also receive an email with the file.

What can I do with it?
You can print it at home, use it as wallpaper for your phone or computer, or display it digitally. Personal use only.

Can I return or cancel a digital order?
No, digital purchases are non-refundable. But if you have a problem, please contact me.

Can I share or resell the file?
No. The file is for your personal use only.

Can I ask for a custom size or color?
Yes! Please message me. I’ll do my best to help.

 

PHYSICAL ITEMS

Do you sell physical artwork?
Yes, I offer select physical items like prints, original art, other items.
Each listing will say if it is physical or digital.

Do you ship items?
Yes, details and shipping costs are listed with each item.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. Delivery times vary by location.

How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packed to prevent damage.
Prints may be shipped flat or in a tube, depending on size.

Do you include tracking?
Yes, tracking is provided for most shipments. You will get an email
with the tracking info once your item ships.

Do you accept returns on physical items?
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there’s a problem.

Can I request a custom piece?
Yes! I accept custom work when I have space in my schedule.
